Annual General Meeting

Here is some important information regarding our upcoming AGM:
1. Our AGM is next Tuesday, May 26th, at 6:30 p.m., at the school.
2. We request that at least one member of each family (current or starting in 2015/2016) attend this meeting. We require a high turnout, as mandated by our bylaws, so that we can vote on a number of important issues (including our new Executive Board for 2015/2016). If you cannot attend the meeting, please return your proxy form (attached) with your proxy designee or to me via email by noon on May 26th.
3. Please see the email below and the attachments regarding proposed changes to our Bylaws.
4. The Agenda, along with reports from many of our Executive will be sent out later this week for your review.
5. You are welcome to bring your children with you if needed. They will be able to play quietly or watch a movie in the other classroom. However, they will be unsupervised; so if anyone has older children that would be willing to keep an eye on them, we would appreciate it - please let us know.
